Lit vs. Chameleon

Anyone here see the free video on Jay Sankey's site for Chameleon? It involves the matchbook transforming into a card with matches stapled on the inside in the spectator's hand under the cover of a handkerchief. Except it's a normal card instead of a blank backed one.

I'm not sure which one is better.

What do you guys think?

LIT definitely because Jay sankey's is covered. This one is out in the open. You will have people yell at you when you do lit!!! TRUST ME!:D

But they're still both in the hands. Someone could argue that the covering add an extra level of impossibility by putting a barrier around the cards. Or maybe it adds suspicion?

Yea. I'm thinking though. What if you used a blanked back card and stapled matches on the inside and a strike pad, did the sleights and just handed it to them.

Combining the realistic matchbook back/ insides and direct handling to make a more streamlined version of the effect with a better souvenier at the end.

What do you think?
