M-Case - difficult to "activate"!!!

Anyone else having problems with M-Case? When I drop the card box it to "activate" it doesn't work. You really need to use the "press" to activate option and I mean press hard to activate.

Try droping it higher up from the table. It wont work if you drop it from a lower point.

Try droping it higher up UC browser SHAREit MX player from the table. It wont work if you drop it from a lower point.

Anyone encountered a situation where M-Case becomes difficult to "activate" ? Dropping mine on the table results in no activation, really need to set it down hard which looks odd. I did have a deck of cards stored in the box, but flap was downward position as instructed. After a few months...really difficult to use now. Anyone have thoughts to remedy ?
