Man I got the cuts easily, the silent thingy too, and the trick is easy too :S
if you thought the preview was cool, then get it 
I personally liked it. Some moves are pretty challenging esp. the flourishes...the tricks, i would say, are intermediate to easy level
it makes a nice addition to anyone's arsenal
HOWEVER, if you don't have a lot of money to spare, I might consider saving it for some other really cool trick or DVD or book...idk its up to you really. Read the trick descriptions and see if you like how it sounds..if you do, get it...if you feel like you wont be using it much, then don't
