I don't know what Tannen's is like so I can't offer an opinion. I have been a part of Sorcerer's for the past 10 years. To say it's magic overload would be an understatement. There is so much magic going on there are times you need to do something else to prevent what I've heard Michael Ammar refer to as "diminishing returns". The guests are top notch, and you can approach them in a truly relaxed atmosphere. You are free to do as much magic, or as little as you like. You can explore whatever discipline you wish. I can truly say I've become a better magician because of it. Not to mention it's cool to hang with guys like Lee, Nate and Aaron to name a few
