For those who have trouble understanding the post...
Translation:
One time, I set up a magic club, but only hecklers/people who wanted to know how the tricks were done came to it. They didn't perform or actually work on learning the sleights, they just wanted to know how it was done. (So, no contribution to our magic world/community).
My thoughts:
I am not sure if you are asking for advice on the matter or not, however, I would say that the majority of the time, you won't find people who are actually interested in practicing, you will come across an experience similar to the one you had.
