Magical Nitro???

I've seen this on eBay I was wondering if anyone had tried it. They said its professional Grade nitrocellulose I'm trying to get into magic and all the others say they take over a month to ship.

But next time, just by a flash pad. I'm assuming you'll get way more, and it is much safer. Some of the ones I've seen online are just pure death if someone were to use them.
