I bought a Massa deck from http://www.zomadamagic.com/servlet/StoreFront, and I enjoy working with them, so I decided to make a review on them.
When I first received this deck in the mail and saw the card box for them, I thought "Dam, that is one good looking deck."
The card case reflects light like a mirror mixed with it's gold looking design. As soon as I saw the box, I wished I had ordered more decks. I should have at least bought 6 of these bad boys.
Onto the cards . . .
The first thing I did was fan them out, and they looked amazing in a fan and even better in a spread. The leopard design on these cards form a 'maze-like' pattern in a spread that is simply eye-candy.
The faces on the cards look great. I get an old type of vibe from them which tells me that they're classy and vintage. Gotta love the classics!
On a close up pad, these cards are great. Any close up magician should definitely give these cards a go.
I believe a pro looking deck like this, can give a performer some confidence in himself and make him even perform better because he feels more like a pro with these cards.
I'm not saying these cards will glow in your hands and you'll acquire amazing skill all from a deck. I'm just saying if you look good, then you feel good, and these cards make me feel great when I'm doing close up work.
I've heard these decks are now out of print, so I wanna let all card collectors and close up magicians know that if you might want one in the future, considering ordering now for obvious reasons.
