In an episode of "Penn and Teller: Fool Us", a magician named Michael Vincent does an amazing magic trick that you can see here. Can someone lead me to a tutorial for the trick?

This is rather advanced stuff. Nothing you can do in a few hours after watching a tutorial.
Some inspirations are Nate Leipzigs "Slap Aces", Dr. Daleys" Coverting Aces" from Stars of Magic and Michaels variation of Marlos "The one shuffle finale". All stuff hidden in books, fortunately .

"Piff the magic dragon" showed the part with 4 aces that M. Vincent did. Tho his version in my opinion was better.
