Those of you not yet aware of Mark L. Clark's collection of ripped-off materials that's now on sell via Amazon for the Kindall, may want to listen-up.
The aforementioned assclown has compiled a rather hefty sized text the exploits tons of stuff from Bob Cassidy, Banachek, John Riggs, Docc Hilford and others of note, we're talking about material YOU probably paid prime dollar for and now you can have dozens if not hundreds of bits of detail, nearly word for word the original text, for dirt cheap . . . less than the cost of the least expensive effect he's stolen.
This is a grotesque demonstration of copyright infringement and I'm putting the word out, asking all that are serious about keeping Magic & Mentalism secrets SECRET! to email Amazon management about this book (you must give the full title & author and if you could, the URL where it is listed).
Granted Mr. Clark proved he was an idiot, not by infringing upon copyright but by plagiarizing a lawyer who is in the process of "looking into things" a bit further (visit the Cafe thread for more details). To top things off, Clark has his own lawyers chasing after Torrent sites for copyright infringement . . . what's that old saying about the goose and the gander?
We need to speak up as a community, the more of YOU that take the 5 minutes to fill out the Amazon complaint form and related response survey the greater the chances will be of getting the book (hopefully all of his books) pulled from the legit market shelves.
