I've just been playing with Matt's new effect.
It's killer.
I'm not going to go too much into the effect description as there's been a few more reviews, but essentially you offer to teach a spectator to be a mind reader for $1, they read your mind and tell you the first 2 digits of the serial number on the bill they just gave you.
There is no forcing, no funny mathematics - They choose one number, then the choose another.
This is the kind of effect I've come to expect from Matt, it's simple, direct, and so clean it hurts.
It involves the construction of a simple gimmick, with which many other effects could be possible, it's all very simple, doesn't cost a lot and takes up no pocket space at all.
I'll definitely be using this, the way the scripting flows is perfect, of course you can use your own wording, but it's very well choreographed as is.
Really great work Matt, I'm really impressed by this, it's SO simple and absolutely perfect.
