Missing Spins!

I recently had trouble with the email associated with my account can't get in. And after a few back and forth messages and posts no one is responding
maybe I am just too hasty. But this is just in case, I have not received a response and would like to get some spins going. So please respond to how we can resolve this.

My email address is zudeck1985@gmail.com I have print screen shots of my inbox and spam here you go. I have been a long time supporter of this website. Unfortunately, I am not the only one who has problems with shipping etc as per some of the threads I have seen over the years. If we can get this straightened out I would appreciate it

What I suspect is that you guys are still sending the emails to jarnott08@Hotmail.com that is the one i don't have access too..
