My Archive Points are Bugged?

If I'm not mistaken you get 10 points for each dollar that you have spent through T11 correct? So ergo spending 10 dollars would get you 100 points. My points are bugged at ~69 points yet I've spent ~100$+, so I'm a little confused on whether or not I am mistaken or not that I should have more points than 69 points?

Thanks again for anyone who can shed some light on my query.

Huh, that's very odd. The points system is usually pretty consistent. Have you tried logging out and then logging back in? If that doesn't do anything, try going into "Account" at the very top right corner of the site, and clicking on the Elite Points tab. That'll show you all of the Elite Points that you've received, you can check and see if your transaction went through there. Also, I'm pretty sure the Elite Points need to be approved by a Theory 11 worker before they're sent out. So it's possible that they just haven't gotten to your order yet. Those are my guesses, I hope it gets sorted out.

Yea tried to log in and log out and it didn't work. I looked at the points and it's 69 on the dot :\. Hopefully they get around to it if anything.
