I'd recommend going through USPCC, simply because I think they're the best. The problem with producing a high quality deck though is that the minimum quantity is 2500, which can get pretty pricey. What I'd recommend is submitting your design to a company that would produce your cards for you and give you royalties, just because as far as I know, you're not very well known in the playing card industry and it would be hard for you to market them without that publicity. So I'd check out Ellusionist, T11, Murphy's Magic, and even Art of Play. This isn't an easy process, so best of luck to you. And like Lemon said above, Kickstarter is a great way to get the needed funding, just post on a bunch of magic forums (e.g. T11, E, magiccafe, etc.). You could even try contacting a popular magic YouTuber like 52kards to see if they could help promote your product.
