Im fairly sure its going to be the bottom deal.
Center deal maybe, that that move in itself is amazingly hard, and is one of the elite 'moves' imo, so I doubt they will sell this for 10 bucks.

This looks pretty good but if I wanted to buy it I can't because the featured products thing is in the way. Does anyone else have this problem?
Not very in depth. He just says to push the card from the bottom and then he teaches you his grip which I personally don't like.
