Actually, Penguin's Customer Service is better. 
With t11 coming in second, then E. I have heard several story of E's Customer Service being extremely rude to people. Plus, Penguin has contests (usually several a week), where you can win several small prizes (nothing fancy, but still, it's free!), and over five promos per year, where they often give away over a hundred dollars worth of stuff for $150 stuff you buy. Anyway, this isn't really the place to have an argument about that kind of stuff, so I'll shut up now.
