I have yet to spend any of my Elite Points yet all of mine got wiped to 69 points? This is the second time it has happened just wondering is there something wrong with my account per say or is it just the system? Help please

We did have an issue earlier today where points were lagging behind, but it should all be caught up by now. Will figure this out for you ASAP.
