Because of the way you filmed it, it is tough to tell if you threw it (the toothpick) out of frame or did the tooth pick vanish that has been mainstreamed. It looks great for camera, but I have a feeling that out in front of people if you are working tables, strolling, etc. your angles would be horrible. I'm not saying its a bad effect, just questioning the practicality of it.

nope man ive actually performed this in the streets many times and it is a killer ,it is very practical,you might see it up on the wire for free in the future
