Torn (DVD / VHS)

I was hoping that I could get someone to help me out here....

Does anyone on these forums own both the DVD and the original VHS release of DG's "Torn"?

Here the reason I'm asking....I own the VHS version of Torn and have gotten a lot of mileage out this fantastic effect. In my opinion, it's the best tnr effect ever released (keep in mind, I'm not looking for a debate on this)
I never felt the need to purchase the DVD simply because I already own the VHS version. Obviously, I realize that the DVD is an updated version of Torn with all the new angles, POV's, etc.

My question has to do with the actual teaching of the effect on the DVD; does DG offer any new or updated enhancements to the effect?

I got to thinking about this because most of us are aware that DG was working on releasing Torn Too. I figured that I'd simply wait for Torn Too and purchase that version and have the best of both worlds!
(we can all agree that DG has a wicked, wonderful mind)

Am I missing something by not owning the DVD version? Are the differences minimal/negligible, if any at all?
Thanks in advance to all who respond!
Take Care ~

on Theory11.
I believe the entire VHS version on Torn is on the DVD if I'm not mistaken.
On the Torn DVD he does offer a regular and an advanced handling of the effect.
