P.E.T.S. set up on ET

Hello people!

I wonder where is the P.E.T.S. set up for the ET available? My first ET broke and I bought a second one but I'm afraid that it might break again. Pls help. Thanks!

Do you also have an idea where can my first ET be repaired?

I'd like to help, but i'm not sure what you're talking about. I believe i know what ET is, but PETS is quite another case. The closest thing i'm coming up with is "Penguin Elastic Thread" or P.E.T. but i'm not sure what the S is.
