Only If you are going to execute the pick in front of him
If you are in a crowd place then speed is enough

Being fast is not enough to pickpocket. You need to be smooth with it too. Some people's stash are really deep in their bag and it isn't easy to pickpocket it.

I think Pickpocketing is great skill, for entertainment only. I just found the fact that so many people pickpocketing, and were all in one area pretty funny, and pathetic.
