I know that's not the right place for this kind of message and I do am sorry about that, but, erm, I need some help. That's quite simple: what is the process for downloading a video?? I perfectly know that's in the FAQ's but the link on this question doesn't work. Course paid, got the e mail confirmation, etc. just can't find the download link..
