Question about Matthew Johnson's Alone

Hi,
I was wondering if you need to use business cards or business card size pieces of cardboard for this effect. Could I use something more natural for a student like myself to have on him such as a notebook?

glitter - I've never seen Alone discussed on these forums before, actually, I'm surprised that someone knows about it. I don't actually own Alone, so I couldn't tell you - but try searching this on the Magic Café - there's a permanent ad for Alone on the forums, so I'm guessing there'll be at least a topic on it too. I'm sure you'd also be able to find Matt and ask him yourself.

I don't see any reason why you couldn't install alone in a notebook, it's just that biz cards are pocket friendly and used by more people in performance. So it comes in a stack business cards as standard.
