Memory serving, one of the reasons I'd stopped coming here previously was the fact that I couldn't find a "short cut" for "Posts Since Last Visit"... does such a thing exist? It would really make life easier on this end:D

If you go to Menu (below 'the wire') you can 'mark forums read' and then when you come back anything that is marked new, will actually be new.

If you check the forums daily, they have a 'today's post' option as well.

this is a very confusing... complicated... forum for an old fart that isn't savvy to all the redundant modes of cleverness...

I threw away an iPod because one button did 100 things, rarely what I wanted it to do.

Well, I still say the easiest way is to read all the threads you want to read now.

Click the menu and 'mark forum's read' and next time you log on everything that is marked as new posts will show up as new posts. I can do a picture tutorial if you think it would help. ;)

Subscribing to threads isn't a bad idea either, I don't personally do it, but just seeing today's post is a pretty good option.

I got my mom and dad less expensive MP3 players because the user interface was simpler, more than one button to push, and they're all labeled to do what they say. (home, play, forward and backwards...etc) I don't even like using iPods, but that is because I like my Zune better.
