Restaurant Work

I have a few questions about restaurant work.

1.) What type of restaurants do you work? Bar/grille, sports bar, olive garden what?
2.) How often would you perform there? For instance if you got hired, how many nights a week would you work and for how long?
3.) How much would you charge?
4.) Do most restaurants allow you to use fire/flash paper?

Well, I can only speak from my own experience, and keep in mind everything varies so much from place to place.
I worked at Moxies Classic Grill for 3 years. I worked from the same wage as the servers plus tips. (if I ever did it again, I would charge at least three times that).
I worked about 3 nights a week (that is probably more than average).

And I used flash paper for a bit with no issues, however since then, I have learned about performers insurance, which would be a must if I did it again. Ask it is now, I rarely use it.
