Get "Ring Thing" by Garett Thomas - I would say, that if there's something like
a "bible" of Ring Magic, it's this DVD.

Of course there are many DVD's on this out there, but this is definetely one of the best...
You can't go wrong with that

Ring Thing is my default suggestion for ring magic. But there's other ones out there. Ring Magic seems to be experiencing an explosion recently, but maybe it's just because I'm paying more attention to it now.

David Jay's Ring Master seems good and it's been recommended to me a few times, but I haven't watched it yet. Also by Garrett Thomas is Banded, which I believe includes Ring Thing. Then there's the recent releases here, which have caught my interest. Circuit and Reflex.

I also like Divorce by Justin Miller - a great routine also for those who want to start
with ring magic!

And as Christopher said: Circuit and Reflex are awesome routines, too...

While I've used Ring Thing for years, Divorce is what pushed me over the edge in putting together some kind of routine. It came along at the right time and had good enough material to motivate me to put some work into it.

Divorce Vs Reflex

Yeah, I put it into my walk around routine. but would you use reflex by Patrick Kun over divorce by Justin miller because in my mind the angle you need to perform reflex is a little impractical, don't get me wrong its a amazing effect and i love all of patricks material but in Divorce you get more bang for your buck in my opinion .
Just my Opinion

I rarely do a routine exactly as taught. I've got pieces from Reflex, Divorce, Ring Thing, and some other stuff that I've just picked up over the years. I do not like copying anyone else if I can avoid it.

Yeah I was just saying that you learn more tricks from divorce than reflex but they are both amazingly visual

De'Ring by De'vo (sold by Ellusionist) is something people tell me about on occasion, however it's ring manipulation that's impressive and not so much magical, and doesn't really fit my style. As for the Divorce vs. Reflex thing, I have both, and Divorce does have more usable material for me. The second phase in Reflex, and the fourth phase (I believe) in Divorce, are both tricks where you pull the ring directly off your finger. While the phase in Divorce has a more workable angle (people can be directly across instead of looking down on your hand), you pull it off your pinkey, which to me seems strange to a spectator, if not done in the exact Divorce routine. The Reflex second phase seems more spontaneous and like "I do this to make my life easier" than "Look what I can do, but it's kind of useless."

I use both of those, actually, because they make sense in my routine. I start with the ring on my index finger, use Ring Thing, take it off, slap it onto my ring finger on my right hand, turn my hand over, pop the ring through my finger, put it back at the end of my ring finger, slide it down then pop it over to my pinky finger, lift my hand up to eye level, pop it through my pinky, toss it to my right hand, vanish it and show it back on my left index finger where I usually wear it.

I also started doing some random stuff like pulling it through the side of my finger a la Reflex, and swallowing the ring and pulling it out through my throat. etc.

I use some of the information from De'Vo's De'Ring as it does teach how to handle a ring smoothly, not only the 'De'Ring' trick.

Alot of coin effects / slights can actually be done with a ring.

Get Bobo's modern coin magic, then tweak the routines to suit a ring :)
