Hi.... I just purchased Rising Card. Having problem loading the video on the rising card instructions. It loads just the front bit and all I get is the theory11 beginning. It does not load further... I am using the 3Gs.. Love the trick and would love to see the vid. But at this point it wont load fully. Please advise. Thanks.

Are you on Wifi or 3G?
Try clearing the Cache.
Remove the app then reinstall.
Submit a t11 Support Ticket.

Thanks for the response. I am on wifi and also tried 3G but it won't load completely. Will try installing again and post results. Cheers.
This sounds like it may be an issue in loading the file over your connection (it is a fairly large video). Definitely let me know via PM if you're able to get everything resolved.
