I would like to learn few romantic effects, it doesnt matter if it is with cards, coins or anything else.
Obviously there is Wayne's amazing French kiss, what are other romantic effects?

Nearly any routine can be romanticize with the correct performance. Just out of curiosity, what is your intended use use for "romantic magic".

Gypsy balloon can be pretty romantic, when done right. Just bring someone on stage. I don't know the method. But that's the first thing that popped into my head.
