Yes, pretty much any basic flourishing or classic card manipulation resource. Off the top of my head, Capaso Casino teaches it on Back to Basics Volume 1, Jeff McBride teaches it on The Art of Card Manipulation Volume 1, Jeff Sheridan teaches it on his manipulation DVDs and Jerry Cestkowski teaches it on Xtreme Beginnerz.

Also, did you deliberately write that as an acrostic poem?
