Hi everyone! We hope your weekend is going great. Tomorrow marks a pretty special milestone — 18 years since theory11 first came to life from a small Charleston, South Carolina garage. That was the spark that kicked off this entire journey, and the last 6,570 days have been nothing short of incredible thanks to all of you.

Since that launch, we’ve designed hundreds of decks - some with our favorite icons, and even a few superheroes. We’ve shared original magic effects to inspire and equip you in creating your own unforgettable moments. We’ve produced shows with Dan White, Justin Willman, Blake Vogt, Franco Pascali, and others - each performance designed to be up-close, mysterious, and one-of-a-kind.

With your support, we’ve been able to push the boundaries of what’s possible in both playing cards and magic. What started as a small idea back in August 2007 has grown into something much bigger, brought to life by a team of artists, designers, creators, and dreamers, and strengthened every day by this community.

To celebrate our 18th anniversary, we’d love to hear your story. How did you first discover theory11? Were you there the night of our launch? I remember when theory11 had all these teasers in binary, I can still hear the original soundfx - it was very 2007 looking back at it, but what a time. Theory11 epitomised what cool was. The music, the cold colour grade, the under the stairs tutorials. It was huge and felt like magic and cardistry was going to enter a new era – which it did. Long live T11

Back in 2009 or 2010, I had made some online money, and since living in Pakistan at that time due to currency conversions even a standard bike was expensive for me, so with some cash in hand I was looking for making my first magic purchase that was shipping to Pakistan and was also cheap. Bought panic by Aaron fisher from T11. That's how I came across T11

In 2017, I had just turned 13 years old and had no real hobbies. That Christmas, I met my Great-Great-Aunt from South Carolina for the first time. I was not expecting a gift, after all, she had never met me before, but what she gave me changed everything. My first ever Monarch deck and a copy of The Royal Road to Card Magic. Best gift ever!
I was hooked instantly. After months of wearing down that single deck, I asked my mom to order a few more, and the rest is history. Today, I have that very first Monarch deck safe in a display case, a reminder of where it all started. I will share a picture when I get home later. Happy 18th Anniversary!

When I first started collecting playing cards I kept my collection to Bicycle and Bee brands only. Naturally this meant I had few Theory11 decks in my collection. This all changed in 2013 when a deck of red Jaqk cards found it's way into my possession. Now my collection HAS to include at least one deck of everything Theory11 produces.

Came across theory11 on YouTube and immediately was hooked. I’ve been collecting cards and doing magic for over a year now and it has been a very fun and amazing journey. Theory11’s cards were some of my first decks, they helped me to learn sleights and be a better magician overall. Happy 18th anniversary!

I discovered theory 11 7 years ago . I was just getting into magic and used to watch alot of tutorials on YouTube . That's where I first discovered theory 11 , with the monarch deck. When the first time i saw it I was mesmerized! There was a mystery to it , it looked too good to be true , i thought i will not be able to get these ever ( I was a kid ) but now I have alot of theory 11 decks with my all time favourite monarch. Happy 18th anniversary. I recently found you guys, but at my job on our off time, we break out a deck and play cards all the time, and I saw a video showing off your cards and their quality, and price. I was so impressed with the quality for so cheap that I snagged one for the games at work and to add some pizazz to the games we play. They also look really nice to display as well, so I may have also gotten some just for the looks. The first deck that caught my eye was the Fantastic Four, but so many of them look good, I also love the DC ones and the Warner Bros one; I'm sad I missed that one. When I get the cards, I am definitely gonna practice some cardistry. I tried with an older deck, but your decks look more made for it. Anyways, thanks for turning playing cards into art, and here's to many more years.

I found out about Theory 11 after seeing Daniel Huckins on an Instagram post performing cardistry and shuffling Pink Summer Monarchs. I was curious what store did he purchase these cards from. Immediately, I went and I bought those gorgeous Pink Summer Monarchs deck to begin practicing my own cardistry and inspired by Daniel Huckins youtube channel. I was so excited seeing all the gorgeous styles of decks and purchased more decks from Theory 11 such as Warner Brothers Looney Tunes deck, Green Tycoons, Green Monarchs etc. Happy 18th Birthday!

I don’t remember exactly when it happened as I saw T11 playing cards on other magic websites but I realized how much attention to detail T11 put into their cards after my first purchase of the NPH deck and solving the secret.
