Hi everyone,so I'm really thinking about buying some custom decks but I have the following problem:I'm 17 and I've beeing saving money for the past months but I'm not sure what to do.Buy a buy six decks (3 designs,2packs each)or buy a brick of the same deck, for which I'll need to save more money obviously.
It's my first time buying custom decks so I don't want to do it wrong. I'd love to hear your opinion on this.

So you for sure want to use the money you have been saving up for decks of cards?

Well, my first opinion is that you can't do anything "Wrong" unless you have a specific goal in mind.

Do you want to check out more designs, or do you want to get used to one design?

For the most part, any custom deck you get will probably be pretty much the same - quality stock, performance coating finish. There may be something to the idea that the amount of ink in a card could make it feel a little different, but I'm not convinced that's not psychosomatic.

So, my general advice is always to simply get the deck(s) that appeal to you most. I change up designs constantly, because I get so many free decks that I couldn't possibly use them up completely with the way I use decks. I end up giving away 30-40 at a festival I attend twice a year.

If it was me in your shoes, I'd buy a cheap brick of bikes to practice with and burn through (Here in Canada, bricks go on sale for $9 often.). But I enjoy the custom decks so I would buy a small variety rather than a brick of the same with the extra money you have.

Thank you all for your answers.I'll think about what I'm going to do.Btw a brick of bikes costs 48€ where I live.
