Mark Wilson's Complete Course in Magic has a whole chapter on silk magic. Making it appear, making it disappear, manipulating it, making it dance. Lots of wonderful ideas and effects. but there might be other stuff out there devoted specifically to silk magic that might be better that I don't know about.

There is some mention of silks in Henry Hay's Amateur Magician's Handbook as well.
The videos that I am experienced with are Duane Laflin's works. He does a lot of inspirational and gospel magic, some of which bleeds over into his teaching. It doesn't diminish his teaching, however.
