Any gem that are good are not from youtube. Youtube just a platform for you to share your ideas and learning the main move. How often do u see a youtuber that is good and expose those move. So far i saw 1.

The best place to start in my opinion is with Zach Mueller's tutorials. With any new piece you need to really take your time at the beginning.
Not to mention there are tons of free and inexpensive tutorials on the marketplace here! Use that as a resource!
