Suicide in C Sharp

To start with, if you have never witnessed this trick, you will need to watch this video http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=xZg7_aTLqq0&feature=related .Barry and Stuart perform this trick they call "Suicide in C Sharp". I have seen this effect more than once and in quite a few places, but I have no idea how it's done. The magician seems to be able to move his fingers freely throughout the whole thing, apparently removing the possibility of a false arm. I am totally fooled and have wanted to buy this trick for a while. Does any one know of where it can be bought from? All suggestions welcome.

It is certainly something i have looked into to, in my guess it is a application of the KNIFE THROUGH ARM.

That was absolutely disgusting, yet entertaining. No idea on the method, and no idea where it can be bought. But I didnt exactly research where you can get it eaither.
