Michael Jackson has a patent in for a device that allows you to learn 45 degrees forward as in the first picture. Using that maybe you can figure out a way to do the other with a similar concept.

I'm not sure if the effect allows you to walk all day with it. Seeing that it would have to be an extensive gimmick, I doubt your legs could support it that long! (Then again, if you're supernatural, you could.) I might be wrong on this, but you might be able to perform anywhere, and anytime, within the pre-set up limits. Hope this helps!
