Support won't respond

Hey! I won the Theory11 Back to School contest and when I tried to make a support ticket, it said "You've sent too many messages". Since that didn't work, I emailed them directly. It's been 2 days and they haven't responded. Not trying to sound harsh, I just want to make sure I will receive my cards

Hey Makolani, our team is always here and happy to help! Our support team is active Mondays through Fridays during business hours, so messages sent over the weekend are typically responded to by the end of the day on Monday.
