Symphony - Foreign Currency?

Hey Guys,

Quick question,

Can the above use Australian Currency?

Our currency is plastic, coloured, and with a small see-through window as below:

Will this work?

I'd like to know too. There's quite a bunch of bill magic that we can't do because of the way our money is. Can't fold it because of its plastic nature, it just springs back.

I have never felt australian bills, but from what you said, it sounds like it wouldn't work.
Well maybe Void would, but Jacobs Ladder wouldn't.. You have to be able to fold the bill.

In the case of Jacob's Ladder - you must be able to comfortably fold the bill over the rubberband. The same applies to Void (that is, the ability to fold the bill).

I don't know why you said you can't fold it. It folds very easy, it's just like paper. You just have to run your finger across the fold a bit more.

As long as you can fold it niceley, and comfortably, you should be able to use it for the effects in Symphony.

Yep, just tried it and it works.

Australian money does limit us to a large number of bill related effects, because folds are difficult, they have a see through window and different denominations are of different sizes.

my take is no. Autralian and other nylon currentcy won't work on this trick because of the flexable of the bill, or you can prepare your self with a nice folded bill but that will make the magic less impromptu.

Should go get some american bills or something because the tricks are well worth the effort.
