Here you go
Okay, I've been doing magic for about 3 years now so I think I can be of some help.
I have always gotten good reactions where I work, at a Boys And Girls Club of America where I do magic.
You can't be stiff, I saw in the video and you were looking very similar to the spectators.
If someone is bored and another person comes along who looks just as bored it doesn't really help out the situation.
You need to be interested in what you are doing, be casual, speak clearly, stand up strait, and do magic for someone who wants to see it.
Try this and see the reactions you get: Do the card to mouth and speak clearly on what you want, do not step back and always keep YOUR eyes on the deck just like the spectator, be interested in what you are doing and have fun YOURSELF.

The best tip to get better in ANYTHING is practice. If you are saying "Is this good enough?" IT IS NOT. I put in 3 hours a day of practice and preform regularly. I will be auditioning for the Magic Castle Junior Program in September this year.
Watch other magicians, NOT amateurs on youtube, Do you want to be amateur? NO.
You want to be sick like Ponta the Smith.
Watch magicians like those at the magic castle.
And Get a book like "the royal road to card magic" or a S.W. Eardnase.
A lot of magic is also psychology so maybe that is all you are lacking,
30% tricks and slights 70% Performance
I have faith in you
