I bought TNR about 6 months ago and now i cant download it. The problem i think is that because i bought it at a different house. Now that i am in a different house, the IP adress does not work. I want to download it again because i forgot how to do it, and i guess i deleted it by mistake. I need some help please.

Well, i purchased the B4 cut by andrei jikh on saturday (the 17th) and it said it would expire on the 20th and i can no longer watch it or download it, so i'm guessing yours also expired.
 
I'm not sure about others, but try pming either Jonraiker, or Bryant from the tech support team. They should be able to reset your downloads.

The reason you can't download them anymore is because you generally have 3-5 days and 6 download attempts, in case it doesn't work.
