Think of a Card...

Daniel Fernandez does this trick where he asks then spectator to think of a card and the card is in the pocket of his jacket. Any ideas or suggestions?

This could be achieved through suggestion, it wouldn't be 100%, but a good mentalist could get it most of the time. He could also have palmed and loaded from a stacked deck. Or he could have the most likely to be chosen cards planted in different pockets, and only reveals the correct one.
