My son just opened up his first Theory11 Zach King Magic Trickster "Vanishing Car" for Christmas (bought the complete set) and it was a used product - re-packaged and sent to us as a new item. Wow. The upper corner of the vanishing car card was bent from use and the plastic case was cracked. The car did not "vanish" - as it kept getting stuck. Obviously it had been returned because it was "faulty" and Theory11 simply sent it to us. Wow. Not impressed.
