V Switch

The switch used in Hedberg's Peak, a nice tool but i can't seem to create anything that incorporates it.

Has anyone played around with it or has any ideas?

also good for and in the hand transposition reveal...i dont know how to justify turning the card to be transformed into with another card, but spectators dont generally ask those sorts of questions.
