The best is Final Cut Pro, unfortunately it is not cheap.

Try out the search function...once you master that, I suggest Final Cut Pro.

Final Cut pro.. but it's only for Mac...

Vegas Pro is also what I've heard is good

what op system are you using, what are the specs, and what type of video are you trying to make? simple flourish vid?
