I'm performing at a wedding in July, does anyone know if there's a Cana-esque way of turning water into wine? (preferably drinkable otherwise I'd just go down the NYSM route of palmed dye) If such an effect does exist, could somebody possibly post a link to where I can buy it?

Depends on how visual we are talking. You want to pour water into a glass then change it to red wine? That will be best to use the dye.
Wanna make it drinkable? That will take a bit more thinking outside the box and in all honesty, unless you are really creative, I do not think it will be as visual.

There are a number of powdered wine products available. It would be the same method as palming dye, but it would taste like wine. I believe it is available non alcoholic, should you require it.
