Things have sort-of, kind-of got side tracked. Try to stay on topic as much as possible, this is thread is about The Wire not Mitchell and his specialness. Otherwise, keep debating it's nice to hear everyone's thoughts and opinions.

My guess on the wire would be...
The HBO show was about undercover cops and such. So my guess, you click THE WIRE and a some sort of java applet runs in the background, without you knowing of course, that turns on your mic and listens to what you say. So as you talk about whatever, they listen and think of ways to improve the site, make you love them more, and anything else based on your most inner thoughts that you would never post on here. Like a Big Brother kind of thing. So if THE WIRE is never updated/released you now will know whats going on.
They may try to silence me, I fear for my life. However a risk I will take for you, my brothers in magic.

Ok, Ill throw in my 2 cents. The Wire could be a flash interface that utilises user's webcams, Like an online jamming session hehe Just a thought. It is very feasable though.
