Whats wrong with my Tarantula 2

Hey everyone,
Just got my trantula 2 in the mail...
I charged it and just nothing. Im able to pull the thread out but the motor doesn't pull it in.
It does nothing basically,
Any ideas?
 
Happened to me a long time ago. First, make sure the LED is still. Then what I did was breaking it and tying it back on, following the instructions. And then it worked after I pulled again. I hope this helped! :)
