I didn't watch the link you mentioned, but knowing Michael Ammar-- he's a fan of topit work. Check out his lecture notes and the videos he put out regarding the topit. He uses it to vanish a deck at the end of his walkaround and restaraunt routines.

Note-- it'll take some customizaton to the outfit you'll want to wear during performance. A lot of people don't think it's worth it, but the topit's a really versatile utility device.

Romeo is correct- he uses a topit for that particular version of the vanishing deck. I actually watched it.
