It's from Chris Ramsey's vid with Franco Pascalli The BEST Brick of Playing Cards?!

Where can I learn that fling? It looks like he is just pushing the top card with his first finger so fast that it spins around the middle finger. Is that all there is to it? I've been trying for about an hour and have made no progress...

It seems to be a flirt (a cardistry flourish) used at a shot.
(I think it might be taught in Shin Lim's IV, but, not yet having purchased the product, I can't be sure.)

It's not IV, he's basically just doing a card pivot, but let's it go. That's about as far as I'll explain it.

If you want to learn something like this, read Meir Yedid's Incredible Close Up Magic by Gary Ouellet. The Slingshot Snapout is a similar move.

Yeah, the mechanics are exactly that of the Slipshot (or Benzais Spin Out), except it it longitudinal and one handed.
