Where can I learn this trick?

I'm doing a routine and would love to add this trick to it. It looks like a classic and I can't for the life of me figure it out. If you have a book or somewhere I can learn it or something similar, I'd really appreciate it. Thanks

I've not seen that effect marketed. Kevin James has a floating rose that is changed into a regular rose when lit on fire. Simon Lovell has instructions on how to make a white rose, but not vanish with confetti. To me that effects looks like class sleight of hand with a couple of additions.

It looks like a combination of ideas: Just a guess but you could accomplish this using a R*** and the F*** S**** Move together.
