Will There Be More Card Holders?

I like theory11's wooden deck display. It looks nice but I hesitate to buy it for three reasons: 1) It's a tad pricey (for the storage size), 2) It's not perfectly tileable making it hard to display large collections, and 3) The decks touch each other making it slightly inconvenient to reach decks in the back. Will theory11 design more card holders? If not are there any designs you (the community) have seen online? If theory11 doesn't plan to make any other designs I'm up to making my own as a summer project.

There is a kickstarter up right now for something called the orbiter 2.0 that is interesting idea for deck displays. I think in practice it is even less convenient as far as being able to grab a deck and go but an neat idea none the less.

I've made a couple at home, I really think that this is one of those things that is untapped these are some of mine. I made the first and last ones myself!

I was going to say, that's a great idea, just make your own if you have the access to the materials and the know how. I would like to do something like that myself, however, I have a old wooden box from the early 1900's I found at a flea market here in Sweden that I paid 170 Swedish Krona ($19 USD) for and I love it.

At the time that photo was taken I was just starting to put practically junk decks in it, but now I have over 350 + card collection and I've filled 4 boxes of this size. So you can either build your own or buy boxes for cheap if you look around.

Then again, the T11 Deck Display is under $40 USD is still a great price...the time and energy you would spend making your own would cost more in that regard.

It's all about perspective.

Yeah it's a cool idea but the price absolutely scares me: $235 for 40 deck storage, YIKES!
Thanks for looking anyway,
