The gimmick alone is worth the price. Love the fact that you can borrow the coins, have the coin signed, and hand everything out at the end. Even if you aren't a coin worker, this is a must have.

Amazing effect that is easy to perform. Dan White does a great job teaching the effect. I'm glad to have made this purchase. Well worth it!

Nice gimmick. Amazing effect. Worth the money.

This is an amazing effect that's worth every penny (pardon the pun). I use this with the raven to make a very powerful street performance. You'll be making back your money in no time.

This trick is amazing, worth every penny. It's really easy to perform, and it will make you look like a pro!
Wei • NYC • 10/17/12
The gimmick is very well made and easy to do. If done well, this is a reputation maker.

If you learn it well and you practice a bunch, you will fool a lot of people!! Dan teaches this in great detail about what you need to know. The gimmicks are incredible! You should buy it. It's a little piece of magic that you can use whenever people ask "do a magic trick"!

Such a good trick. Well worth the purchase. When it comes to the actual teaching, the moves are covered clearly and without distractions. You will love this trick. Its well engineered and simple to learn.

While it's a little overpriced, this trick is a gem - it really looks just like it does on the video and I've done it many dozens of times with excellent results from audiences all over the world.
My one quibble about the handling is that there's an unnecessary fast move at the point where your one sleight happens. Bad idea - that calls attention to what should never be emphasized. Even if you can't see what's happening, the audience wonders if something had happened.
But it was quite easy to work that out so there are *no* unnatural movements in the piece at all and that each move is done ultra-slowly. If you work it up to the point where you can do it slowly, you'll fool yourself in the mirror - I do all the time!
Note that the angles are good but not excellent. I've frankly done it in circumstances where I believed the gimmick might have been visible to sharp-eyed viewer, though as far as I can see no one caught on. Working with a mirror is always good - best idea is to make sure that both coins are as low as possible during the transposition.
All in all, a pretty amazing kit.

Absolutely amazing! I've used the gimmick in at least five other routines and it blows people away. The gimmick is also AMAZINGLY made. There's an obvious reason why all the reviews are 5 or 4 stars; theory 11 has done it again!

This is just too cool! The gimmick is clever and it does all the work for you! Don't hesitate and click Add to Cart! This is the trick that I purchased to inspire me to pick up coin magic, and guess what , I performed it to almost all the girls in my school and in the end i received 4 words - ''You are so cool!'' It really rocks! The price looks quite high but it is really worth it! Highly recommended!

SIMPLY IN YOUR FACE GORGEOUS! This easily ranks as one of the coolest, easiest, and most visual coin tricks I have ever laid my hands on. I plan to order a 2nd set soon just to hold onto. Great DVD and teaching, amazing quality gaff, and something I will really use for a LONG Time.
This FAR exceeds expectations. If you ever want to learn how to compete at "rock/paper/scissors" then don't miss the funny extra's on the DVD!

This has to be one of the most beautiful coin effects today, mostly because of its simplicity. As I was writing this review I changed my rating from 4 stars to 5, let me explain why. Since I began learning and sinking my mind in all types of magic 8 years ago I was always concerned with looking as casual and relaxed as possible in all of my performances. While there is a ditch required in this effect, it is completely unnoticed. As Dan mentions in the DVD, there is no way spectators will think you achieved this miracle without you using gaffed coins and in result they will want to touch, analyze, and experiment with the coins themselves the moment the effect is done which in doing so gives you an ample amount of time to end clean. This effect will become a shining gem within all your other effects, not only is it appealing to the eye however it's a very refreshing experience especially for the constant card enthusiasts and flourishers. Learn Digital Dissolve now!

This effect is EXTREMELY visual and impossible. It is extremely easy to perform, yet extremely hard-hitting. To the spectator, if performed well, this trick is a MIRACLE. Dan White teaches the effect very well, but not too much detail is needed because it is so simple to do. Also, the gimmick is of very high quality, and theory11 is kind enough to supply a regular copper and silver coin IN ADDITION to the terrific gimmick. Simply put, BUY NOW!!!

Of all the tricks on Theory11 I have looked at, none of them has proven more captivating than this one. And despite so many hints about the nature of the gimmick I picked up, I had NO idea how it worked until I got the coins themselves. Then it all hit me. Man, how could something so simple be so hard to figure out?
Lemme tell you something; I received my gimmick just before a trip to the swimming pool and I took the coins with me. I didn't even open the DVD. And you know what? I tried it out and someone called it "tight". You heard me right, it's *that* good. ;-)
I'll be putting this one on my Omnitricks soon and who knows? One thing's for sure; This WILL fry people and *I* will fry people soon. Get it today!!

Like others, I also purchased this effect from Steve Dusheck many years ago when I was a young magician. It was my favorite trick to do then and it always blew away my friends and family. Even the most skeptical among them could never figure it out.
Dan White's handling looks clean and simple, but this trick is so versatile that - with a little creativity - you will be able to come up with many, many different routines to build around it. Definitely worth the price.

Digital Dissolve puts a nice twist on a coin transpo. Very visual, highly recommended!

I know a lot of coin sleights, but rarely perform magic with coins. Digital Dissolve changed that. This is one of my most favorite tricks, and it gets insane reactions! You have to buy it! But don't take my word, look at all the other reviews. By the way, this is very easy to learn, and master.

I have the original set from Steve with his typewriter written photocopied instructions from the early '90's that I got from Hank Lee's. It was just a magic trick back then. This has been my most blow 'em away effect since. Steve is genius, we know it, he knows it... get it while you can.
Leo Bragg • Houston, Texas • 10/30/07
Great trick! Easy to learn and perform. I was out performing this magnificent trick within an hour with wonderful reactions. This is a definite must-have!
Tyler • Virginia • 10/26/07
This trick is awesome! It's easy, simple and direct. But also mind blowing to the spectator. I've gone out on the streets with just this trick in my pocket and it's all I've needed to get great reactions.
The DVD is well made and the cover looks pretty sick. On the DVD you are given the full teaching and final thoughts on the trick, during the teaching you are not only given a frontal view of the effect, but an over the shoulder view as well. Dan White is a great teacher and had me performing this effect flawlessly after fifteen minutes of practice!
The coins, as stated before, are handcrafted by Jamie Schoolcraft and look absolutely amazing. They also come with a metal case to store them in and protect them.
This is by far the best coin trick I have ever seen! If you're into coins this trick is a must have. What am I saying? If you're into magic this is a trick you must have.
Nathan Yoon • Anaheim, CA • 10/19/07
This trick absolutely rules! The gimmick is incredibly well made! The trick is genius and this only takes about 10 minutes to learn. You need to get this!
This isn't one of those tricks where you will feel intimidated to do this or where you will think it's too hard to perform. This trick is perfect.

This trick is truly a keeper. I recently got into coin magic, and after seeing this effect I thought to myself I have to perform this one-- and finally I'm performing it. The reactions are great, the trick is just simply amazing and breathtaking. The DVD is also great; Dan White is a great teacher and BJ Bueno created an amazing effect.
Coins are handcrafted by Schoolcraft which is also amazing. All together this is a really good trick, and I think anyone looking forward to coin magic, or starting coin magic should purchase this trick. With practice, this trick is a miracle. Digital Dissolve is definitely a coin trick worth looking forward to.

I don't do a lot of coin work, but Digital Dissolve is one I will have to add to my performance. This trick is so clean and visual. This has been my favorite purchase from theory11 so far. With some practice you will be out performing in no time.
Digital Dissolve has taken Copper and Silver to a whole new level. what wasn't visual before can now be seen with Digital Dissolve.
Teaching is direct and straight to the point, which is good for a trick like this.
I would Highly Recommend this for magicians of all kinds. Coin worker or not-- Digital Dissolve is a must.

Me being a mentalist, I never really got into coins. Dan showed this to me a few years ago at a local magic shop, and I was BLOWN AWAY (I begged him to show me the secret, but he was wait for the right time).
Fast forward YEARS later and the TIME HAS ARRIVED. I must admit, I'm really jealous, because now the cat's out the bag for EVERYONE.
I have to confess that I was a little biased before opening this- I already knew if Dan had a hand in it, it was going to be good (remember Handy 500?).
The teaching in the DVD: crystal clear. The gaffs: well come on. it's Schoolcraft, baby... need I comment?
Please don't buy this-- I want it for myself only!

The final word in copper silver transpositions. Both coins are shown front and back, super visual change, very easy, coins completely examinable, in the spectator's hands, completely surrounded; what more can you ask for? The gaff is expertly made and the coins included are also new.
The DVD is very well-taught and the quality is unbelievable. For 34.95, this is a steal. You'll be performing this all the time. Can't recommend this enough!
Jeff Pierce • Orlando, FL • 09/04/07
If you are looking for a Copper/Silver routine with an instant, visual transposition then Digital Dissolve is for you!
I can confirm that this has been underground for years because I had the pleasure of being shown Digital Disolve over 10 years ago by BJ . At that time I tried to get him to release it on DVD, Instead he choose to keep it to himself, until now!
No matter what your skill level is with coins (I have none at all, hence the 5 star rating) Digital Dissolve is for you. You'll be performing DD shortly after receiving this well produced Instructional DVD.
I can highly recommend Digital Dissolve for everyone of any skill level.

Here's a coin trick worthy for an "all card guy" to do. Seriously, I've been doing this trick for months and I'm a little upset now that all you will be doing it too. On the other hand that's what this site is about, releasing the underground.
Scotch and Soda was one of my first magic purchases and is quite possibly the most direct coin effect ever BUT it's one weakness is the need for a "red curtain" or a cover up (think stage illusions and those cheesy oversized blankets used to cover shit up). BJ has completely gotten rid of the need to cover the coins. Everything is done in front of your audiences face.
I never thought 10 years later I'd be buying gimmicked coins again but the payoff is well worth it --- Just watch the reaction Dan White gets in the trailer, it's that good in real life, EVERYTIME.
cheers,
dan
